Patrick Enunwaonye serves as the Vice President of SEC Reporting and Compliance. Prior to joining Nuvve, Patrick held various SEC Reporting and Compliance functions including Director of SEC Reporting and Compliance at Farmer Brothers, Dallas, TX and Vice President of SEC Reporting and Compliance at Ares Management, in Los Angeles. He also worked as an Accountant at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Washington D.C. He is a CPA and holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and Masters of Business Taxation
