NUWARD
Camille BOUCHER is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Cadre RH at NUWARD and as a coach at Esperanto Coaching since April 2023. Prior to these roles, Camille worked as Chargée de Projets RH at EDF, focusing on the IT unit, and held various HR responsibilities at Leroy Merlin, including managing teams and driving organizational change in a large retail setting. Camille has also been involved in HR development at PAPETERIES PICHON and has experience in employment management and training administration in prior roles across different sectors, including transport and banking. Education includes a Master's degree in Management des Ressources Humaines from iaelyon School of Management and certifications in professional coaching from the Institut de Coaching International.

NUWARD
The NUWARD SMR is targeting to replace old high CO2-emitting coal, fuel, oil and gas plants around the world as well as offering the capability of supporting other usages such as hydrogen production, urban and district heating or desalination. Based on proven PWR technology, it is a 340MWe plant with two reactors of 170MWe each. Led by the NUWARD company, the project relies on the skilled and valued contributions of EDF, CEA, Naval Group, TechnicAtome, Framatome and Tractebel.
