Liz Weber

Liz Weber is an accomplished Strategic Account Director with extensive experience in talent resourcing and business development across several prominent firms. Currently at Averro since April 2023, Liz provides expertise in multiple sectors including Tech, Engineering, Finance, and Operations. Previously, Liz held a similar role at NuWest Group Holdings, LLC since January 2016, where a consultative approach was employed to solve staffing challenges for innovative accounts. Other notable positions include Director of Business Development at Velocity Search Partners and Launch Consulting Group, as well as a leadership role at Direct Technology. Liz co-founded the LabTemps division of NuWest Group, developing it into a leading scientific staffing firm. Academic credentials include a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington.
