Alison Pruett

Alison Pruett is an experienced environmental specialist currently employed at NV Energy since September 2023. Prior to this role, Alison served as a wildlife biologist at POWER Engineers from August 2012 to September 2023, managing environmental projects and overseeing field crews with a focus on desert tortoise and other threatened and endangered (T&E) species in the desert southwest. Alison's previous positions include wildlife biologist roles at EPG, Inc. and Entrix, Inc., where responsibilities included surveying and managing projects for T&E species and database management in Access, Excel, and ArcGIS. Alison began a career in wildlife biology as a zoologist with the Utah Department of Natural Resources, managing GIS database inputs for the Utah Natural Heritage Program. Alison holds a Master of Science in Wildlife Management from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology from The University of Georgia.
