Marsha Bearden

Marsha Bearden is a seasoned Information Technology professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at NV Energy, Marsha leads cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery within established guidelines. Previous experience includes a role as Sr Project Manager/Product Owner at Duke Energy Corporation, where Marsha balanced project execution in a hybrid methodology environment while transitioning to Agile practices. Marsha has also provided consulting services in e-Discovery and digital forensic services, contributing expertise as a Chief Information Officer at prominent law firms and as an Associate/Senior Operations Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton. Marsha holds an MBA and a BS in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and an AAS in Computer Science from Ivy Tech Community College.
