William Tualau Fale

William Tualau Fale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in major projects and energy solutions. Currently serving as Vice President of Major Projects at NV Energy since March 2025, William has previously held prominent roles, including Vice President & General Manager at Babcock & Wilcox and EPC PM/BD at Mortenson, where involvement in significant EPC projects included transmission lines, substations, and solar initiatives. As the founder of Devrah Labs, LLC, William developed a collaborative platform for project management. Additional experience includes project management positions at MasTec and DSB Construction, as well as co-founding ventures like FIT and Vanguard Rugby, promoting growth in respective fields. William holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Construction & Facility Management from Brigham Young University.
