Sara Anne Tomczak

Sara Anne Tomczak serves as the Head Faculty of the Theatre Department at Jackson College since August 2022 and has extensive experience in the performing arts, including roles as an actress with the Docherty Agency, NV Talent, and Productions Plus – The Talent Shop. Tomczak has also contributed as an educator, previously holding positions as an Adjunct Professor and Instructor of Record at Kent State University, where courses centered on various aspects of theatre were taught. A background in production includes roles as Producer, Associate Artistic Director, and Casting Director at Newell Brands. Tomczak holds a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts from Kent State University and has completed the Conservatory Program at The Second City in Chicago, along with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Michigan State University.
