Cliff Howell

Cliff Howell has been a key contributor at NV5 since August 2017, where roles have included Group Manager of Electrical Distribution Design, Senior Distribution Designer, and Distribution Designer. Prior to this, Cliff held the position of Electric Geographic Information System Technician at San Diego Gas & Electric from February 2013 to August 2017, managing and overseeing subcontractor work within Construction Services while collaborating closely with Contract Administrators, Foremen, and District Supervisors on GIS-related matters.
