Courtney Hansen

Courtney Hansen is an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional currently serving as an EHS Associate III at NV5 since May 2023, having previously held the position of EHS Associate I. Prior to NV5, Courtney worked at CAE from October 2019 to May 2023 as a Regional Manager for EH&S in the USA and South America, overseeing EHS programs across over 25 sites and providing expert advice on safety issues. Additional experience includes serving as an Environmental Health & Safety Counsellor at CAE Aviation Academy, ensuring safety for 300 employees and 700 students, and a Field Safety Representative at Underground Construction Co., Inc., where Courtney implemented safety measures in gas line settings. Previous roles also include Software Support Specialist at Tyler Technologies and an internship in Occupational Safety and Industrial Hygiene at The Walt Disney Company. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
