Maria de Bonis

Maria De Bonis, P.E. has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Maria is currently serving as the Engineering Technical Director at NV5, a position they started in April 2022. Prior to this, Maria worked at AKRF, where they held multiple roles including Technical Director from November 2018 to April 2022, Senior Civil Engineer from December 2015 to November 2018, and Civil Engineer from July 2013 to December 2015. Maria also gained experience as a Civil Engineer at Weidlinger Associates, Inc. from July 2009 to July 2013. In the earlier stages of their career, Maria worked as an Intern at Thornton Tomasetti, Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, and Dagher Engineering.

Maria De Bonis, P.E. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware in 2009. Maria then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia Engineering in 2012.
