Christina Hanson

Christina Hanson has extensive experience in compensation and global mobility, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Compensation & Global Mobility at nVent since September 2018. Prior roles at nVent include Manager of Broad-Based Compensation and Compensation Manager. Previously, Christina spent over a decade at CareerBuilder, where positions included Team Lead for International Sales Incentives and Sr. Financial Analyst - International, among others. Christina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communications from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.
