Rachel Davis

Rachel Davis possesses extensive experience in human resources, holding various positions in notable companies. At nVent, Rachel served as HR Manager and progressed to Sr. Global HR Business Partner for Commercial Functions and Sr. HR Business Partner for Engineering & Product Management. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Analyst at Eaton, HR Admin at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, and Human Resources Intern at both the National Inventors Hall of Fame and Performance Health. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and HR Management from The University of Akron, which was obtained in May 2017, and completed secondary education at Coventry High School from 2008 to 2012.
