Ernie Nazareno

Ernie Nazareno serves as the Senior Director of Enterprise Products Operations and Enablement at NVIDIA, a position held since January 2004. Previously, Ernie was the Senior Director of Global Technical Services, where management of a team of over 130 global technicians provided 24x7 Enterprise Support for a large workforce, including 30,000 compute clients and 5,000 mobile devices. Ernie spearheaded the largest IT transformation initiative in NVIDIA's history, implementing ITIL/ITSM standards and overseeing the transition to ServiceNow, among other significant contributions. Prior to NVIDIA, Ernie worked as an IT Engineer at Vitria Technology from October 2000 to January 2004. Ernie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from San Jose State University.
