Karen Sibilla, CEM, currently serves as a Support Specialist at NVINT, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this, Karen accumulated extensive experience at Service Express over a span of nearly 22 years, where roles included Partnership Support Team Lead, Senior Channel Account Manager, Internal Accounts Manager, Hardware Consultant/Sales, and Purchasing. In these capacities, Karen focused on managing international channel partners, supporting contract customers, and overseeing hardware procurement. Earlier experience with Great Lakes Computer involved managing sales orders and purchasing for both sales and inventory needs. Karen holds a CEM degree in Emergency Management from Saint Louis University and a BA in History, Politics, and Social Sciences from Michigan State University.
