Chad is responsible for providing clinical guidance, leadership, vision and strategy for nVoq technologies. He works with industry partners and clinicians in the United States andChad Hiner Canada to improve clinical workflow. Chad has spent the past 20 years working with clinicians to optimize clinical workflow. He has been engaged in multiple EHR and Healthcare IT implementations and witnessed, first-hand, the burden that has been placed on clinicians.
Prior to joining nVoq, Chad spent 15 years working in some of the most challenging clinical environments, including an Army Combat Support Hospital, a Bone-Marrow and Stem-Cell Transplant Unit and a Trauma Surgical Intensive Care Unit. Chad has been involved in a variety of Healthcare IT implementations and worked as a Clinical Operations & Workflow Analyst for a Level-One Trauma and Academic Medical Center. Chad earned his Master of Science, with focal area in Clinical Informatics, at the University of Washington and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Seattle University. Chad is published in the American Journal of Critical Care Nursing, presented at National Healthcare Conferences, volunteers as a Technical Project Manager for the HIMSS Interoperability Showcase and Chairs the Healthcare IT Advocacy Committee as a member of the HIMSS WA Board.
