Tony Lai

Tony Lai currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at NVPC - Towards a City of Good since August 2022. Previously, Tony held the position of Principal at GREAT EASTERN, leading the Actionable Consumer Insights Lab and product design development from January 2020 to August 2022. Prior to that, Tony was the Director of Brand, Marketing and Recruitment at SIM Global Education, managing various strategic initiatives from June 2016 to December 2018. Additional roles include Chief Strategist at Singapore Management University and Chief Operating Officer at APM Property Management Pte Ltd. Tony's earlier experience encompasses significant leadership positions at the Singapore Tourism Board and the Ministry of Manpower, contributing to corporate strategy, industry development, and manpower planning. Tony holds a BSocSc(Hons) in Political Science from the National University of Singapore and has undergone an apprenticeship with Dr. Arnold Wasserman.
