Henry Chirinos

Henry Chirinos, PE, currently serves as Regional Land Entitlements Manager and Regional Land Development Manager at NVR, Inc. since July 2023. Prior to this role, Henry worked at Beazer Homes as Forward Planning Manager and Land Development Manager from June 2021 to June 2023. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Manager at Jon M Hall Company from January 2021 to June 2021, Land Development Manager and Land Project Manager at Taylor Morrison from May 2018 to January 2021, and various engineering roles at The Lane Construction Corporation from June 2015 to May 2018. Henry holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
