Ashlee Minty has worked at NW Natural since 2008, starting as a Credit Specialist and later becoming the Director of Credit in March 2017. Prior to that, Minty worked at Bank of America as an Account Executive from June 2005 to August 2008.

Ashlee Minty earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Oregon, where they studied from 2000 to 2005.
