Prof. Dr. Ingeborg Haas

Prof. Dr. Ingeborg Haas currently serves as Prodekanin at HS Mainz and holds the position of Head of the Academic Section for the Master of Taxation program at Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences, where also serves as a Professorin of Business Law with a focus on commercial and corporate law as well as business private law. Since October 2016, Ingeborg Haas has been the managing partner and lawyer at Dr. Haas & Partner Rechtsanwälte / Steuerberater PartmbB, and has been actively contributing as an author for various publishing houses since 2005, including Haufe Verlagsgruppe and NWB Verlag. Ingeborg Haas has also held advisory roles, such as Beirätin at iTSM Group since 2005, and has prior experience as a lecturer at Hochschule Mainz. Educational qualifications include a Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaften from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, completed between 1986 and 1991.
