Jan Larocca

Jan LaRocca has extensive experience in support and customer services, primarily in director-level positions. From 1992 to 2004, they worked as the Director of Support and Customer Services for CFI, Concentrex, and Harland Financial Solutions. In 2005, they joined Centrisoft as the Director of Support Services until 2007. Since 2006, Jan has been with Northwest Evaluation Association, starting as the Director of Partner Support Services and later becoming the Sr. Director of Partner Support Services and Program Management. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Vice President, Partner Services.

Jan LaRocca attended Portland State University - School of Business from 1988 to 1992. Jan graduated with a BA in Information Systems and Quantitative Analysis, earning Summa cum Laude honors. Jan'sfield of study included Information Systems, Quantitative Analysis, Management, and Japanese.
