Tyler Belew has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tyler started their career at Walgreens in 2000 as a Service Clerk and worked their way up to Executive Assistant Manager. In 2005, they joined the Tennessee Air National Guard as a C-130 Crew Chief, where they served until 2011.
In 2007, Belew transitioned to the aerospace industry and joined Triumph Aerostructures - Vought Aircraft Division. Tyler held various roles at Triumph, including Manufacturing Engineer, Assembly Supervisor, Quality Engineer, Assembly Line Manager, Project Manager, Procurement Manager, and Program Manager. During their time at Triumph, they worked on projects for aircraft programs such as Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna, and Airbus. Tyler also managed a global supply chain with a significant annual spend and oversaw facility projects.
In 2020, Belew joined NWI Aerostructures as a Purchasing Manager, where they established new processes and maintained the global supply chain despite resource constraints during the COVID-19 pandemic. Tyler later assumed the role of Business Jet Programs Director, responsible for profitability and product delivery to multiple business jet customers, including Bombardier, Gulfstream, and Textron.

Tyler Belew attended Clarksville High School from 1998 to 2001. Following that, they pursued higher education at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace.
