Joep van Wijk

Joep van Wijk is an experienced professional in research promotion and program management within the field of computer science. Currently serving as Coördinator nationale wetenschapsagenda - Lijn 3 and Program Officer at NWO since May 2011, Joep is responsible for developing and supporting research initiatives. Prior to this role, Joep was a Policy Officer at the Netherlands eScience Center, focusing on aligning research calls with organizational strategy. Joep's experience also includes program management at Agentschap NL and product management at Winkwaves. Joep holds an MSc in Information Engineering from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Science from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
