Currently serving as Head of Site Operations at Nxera Pharma since March 2023, Marianne previously held significant leadership roles, including Director of Operations at Mogrify and VP Operations at Black Belt TX, where contributions included optimizing operational efficiencies and implementing cost-saving measures. With a robust background that spans roles in research and production management at esteemed organizations such as Thermo Fisher Scientific and Dako A/S, Marianne has a proven record in streamlining operations, enhancing quality management systems, and successfully managing complex projects. Holding a Master’s degree in Executive Coaching and an MBA in Management and Finance, Marianne combines technical expertise with strategic vision to drive organizational success.
