Jimmy Merlo

Jimmy Merlo has worked in the technology and IT industry since 2009. In 2009, they worked as a Business Development Analyst at the UD Design and Manufacturing Clinic. In 2011, they took on the role of Project Manager at Staunton Consulting LLC, where they managed client expectations, vendor deliverables, and resources across a variety of projects. In 2012, they moved to DecisionFocus Inc. as the Client Engagement Director, specializing in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing IT infrastructure and security solutions. Finally, in 2016 they became the VP Client Services & Technology Advisory at NXGN.io, an advanced technology advisory firm helping companies transform their IT infrastructure and security.

Jimmy Merlo has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Dayton. Jimmy also attended Northwestern University's School of Professional Studies. Jimmy's education history began at Carmel Catholic High School. In addition to their degree, Jimmy has obtained certifications from Splunk, Nutanix, VMware, Amazon Web Services, Guinness Storehouse, APICS, USGBC - Chicago Chapter, and PMI Chicagoland Chapter.
