Dr. Shailesh More

Dr. Shailesh More is an experienced professional in the field of electrical and electronics engineering, currently serving in Safety Assessment & Innovation at NXP Semiconductors since August 2023. Dr. More co-founded and holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at the German-Indian Business Forum and has been a committee member of the Alumni Association Germany at Nanyang Technological University since 2018. With extensive prior experience at Infineon Technologies from 2012 to 2023, Dr. More held various roles focused on functional safety and security analysis, requirement management, and mixed-signal design. Educational qualifications include a PhD and M.Sc. from the Technical University of Munich, along with a Bachelor's in Electronics and a Diploma in Digital Electronics from the University of Mumbai.
