Sayeed Badrudduza is a seasoned SRAM technology expert with extensive experience in semiconductor research and development. Currently serving as the SRAM memory technology lead at NXP Semiconductors since May 2020, Sayeed manages a team focused on SRAM technology benchmarking, qualification, and solutions.
