Caryn Nightengale

Caryn Nightengale has over 20 years of experience in the finance and corporate development sectors. From 2002 to 2011, they worked at BMO Capital Markets as an Investment Banking Advisor in Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity. In 2011, they joined The Boeing Company as Director of Corporate Development. In 2017, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Liquid Robotics and held this position until 2020. In 2020, they became a Founding Member at Chief. In 2019, they joined Wisk as Chief Financial Officer. Currently, they are a Co-Founder and Advisor at a New Startup, as well as an Independent Board Director and Audit Committee Chair at Atlis Motor Vehicles (NASDAQ: AMV).

Caryn Nightengale received their B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, with a focus in Finance and Japanese Studies. Caryn later obtained their MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
