Position Overview Customer Success Specialist: We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will blend exceptional customer service experience with diligent operational skills. Your primary goal will be to guide customers through inquiries associated with the permitting and installation process of going solar, providing a seamless experience for both customers and our team members.

Responsibilities for a Customer Success Specialist: Provide excellent customer support by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously via phone interactions and incoming emails. Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with relevant information. Collaborate closely across internal departments to provide comprehensive support to customers. Assist with other administrative tasks or special projects as needed. Effectively working with the Operations team to ensure all the correct information is relayed to various key players in the solar process.

Requirements of a Customer Success Specialist: High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support roles preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
