Judith Owusu Baffour, AHRMP, is an experienced professional currently working as a Culture and Change Manager at Nyaho Medical Centre since July 2022. Prior to this, Judith held the position of Human Resource and Admin Manager at Nowak Group from January 2018. With a background in Sociology and Social Work, Judith has also worked as an HR Manager at Leo Dynasty Group and a Human Resources Coordinator at Liberty Commodities, showcasing their expertise in recruitment, HR functions, policy development, and employee orientation and training. With their education from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners Ghana, Judith has a strong foundation in human resources management.
