Elisa Chovanian, CSM®

Elisa Chovanian is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) with a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Elisa is currently working at Nybble Group as a Project Delivery Manager / Scrum Master. In their role, they are responsible for managing projects and ensuring successful delivery.

Prior to Nybble Group, Elisa worked at Avaya as a Lead Project Manager. Elisa'smain focus was on delivering customer solutions by planning, organizing, leading, and controlling projects within the project constraints of cost, quality, scope, and schedule. Elisa also served as the customer's single point of contact for all project-related issues and concerns.

Before joining Avaya, Elisa founded their own company, Decorian, in 2014. As the CEO and Project Director, they created and developed a client portfolio in the field of Architecture and Interior Design. Elisa worked on various projects, including corporate spaces and housing, and built lasting bonds with customers.

Prior to starting their own company, Elisa worked at Ebeca Srl as an Enterprise Account Manager and senior sales representative. Elisa was responsible for managing projects and clients, as well as developing new customers and clients to expand the company's portfolio.

In 2010, Elisa joined TGestiona as a Project Manager, where they were in charge of the Argentina region for Telefonica and Movistar. Elisa'srole involved inspecting and ensuring the safety conditions of buildings and offices, obtaining approvals from the city council for blueprints and fire plans.

From 2006 to 2010, Elisa worked at Sieco S.A. as an Executive Assistant. Elisa provided assistance to the PMC project with clients like Deutsch Bank and served as a secretary and assistant to the engineering department. Elisa also had hands-on experience with electrical blueprints drawing and field supervision.

Elisa's career started at Teleperformance in 2004, where they worked as a Help Desk Support Specialist. Elisa'srole involved providing customer care and technical support for the MSN project in the USA, handling inbound calls.

With their diverse experience in project management, customer service, and sales, Elisa Chovanian brings a strong skill set to their current role as a Project Delivery Manager / Scrum Master at Nybble Group.

Elisa Chovanian, CSM®, has a diverse education history. Elisa started their academic journey in 2010 at the University of Buenos Aires, where they pursued a Grado en Arquitectura Técnica, specializing in Arquitectura. After completing their degree in 2014, Elisa went on to pursue further education.

In 2020, Elisa enrolled at Universität Passau, with an expected graduation year in 2024. Elisa is currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Intercultural Economic Management in German, with a focus on Kuwi / Kulturewirschaft.

Elisa recognizes the importance of continuous learning and has taken several certification courses. In 2021, they completed the Jira for Scrum Master course offered by Udemy Alumni. Elisa also undertook the Agile Project Management Certification course and the Agile Project Management Certification Prep+Agile Scrum+Jira course, both from Udemy Alumni.

Elisa sought out additional project management education from the Project Management Institute Chennai Chapter, where they completed a PMP Preparation Course in 2021. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Microsoft Project from Udemy Alumni in 2020.

Elisa's commitment to professional growth is evident through their achievement of additional certifications. In 2021, they became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through the Scrum Alliance. Elisa also acquired project management skills for leaders, completing the Project Management Skills for Leaders certification offered by LinkedIn in June 2023.
