Suzanne Bentley

Suzanne (Suzi) Bentley currently serves as Chief Wellness Officer and Director of Simulation Innovation & Research at New York City Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst, holding these positions since November 2021. Additionally, Suzanne has been the Ombuds at Elmhurst since April 2019 and the Clinical Director of Simulation at NYC Health + Hospitals since January 2015. As an Attending Physician, Suzanne has contributed to both Elmhurst and The Mount Sinai Hospital since 2011, with a prior role as Chief Resident in Emergency Medicine and Resident Physician at Mount Sinai from July 2007. Suzanne has also served as Site Program Director for the Emergency Medicine Residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai from June 2012 to January 2015. Suzanne holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey - New Jersey Medical School and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
