Zane Last

Zane Last, PharmD, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Corporate Pharmacy at NYC Health + Hospitals, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Zane had a lengthy tenure at SBH Health System from May 2007 to September 2025, where Zane progressed through various positions including Director of Healthcare Analytics & BI, Director of Information Technology – Care Management, Associate Director of Clinical Informatics, Senior Pharmacy Systems Analyst, and Pharmacist. Zane's experience also includes a role as Associate Director of Clinical Informatics at Allscripts and a position as a Photographer at brightroom, Inc. Zane possesses an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, a PharmD from St. John's University, a B.S. in Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and a B.S. in Bio-Chemistry from Skidmore College.
