Tracy Barker

Tracy Barker has held various roles in different organizations, starting as a Project Attorney at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, then moving on to roles such as Education Advocate at Advocates for Children of New York and Program Manager at Esperanza NY, Inc. From there, Tracy went on to be a Special Assistant at the Child Mind Institute before transitioning to the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where they eventually held the position of Vice President in Grants Management. Currently, Tracy serves as the Senior Director of Compliance & Administration at NYC Kids RISE. Tracy holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Sociology from Boston University.
