Heather Day

Heather Day, LMSW, is an accomplished professional in the mental health and community services sector, currently serving as the Director of Community and Workforce Initiatives at the NYC Mayor's Office of Community Mental Health. With a robust background that includes managing the Neighborhood Opportunity Network at NYC Probation and directing youth programs at the Center for Court Innovation, Heather has demonstrated expertise in program development, community engagement, and workforce initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work focused on Human Service Leadership from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree in American Studies and Human Development from Connecticut College. Heather has consistently worked to enhance community resiliency and access to mental health resources through strategic collaborations and innovative program implementations.
