Jay Hladish

Jay Hladish is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and mechanical engineering sectors. Currently serving as Sales Manager for Defense and AGT at NYCO since October 2018, Jay has a strong background in managing significant sales territories and negotiating contracts with major aerospace organizations. Prior to NYCO, Jay held the position of Sales Engineer at Barden Corporation from October 2007 to September 2018, overseeing multi-million dollar sales and engaging with various aerospace clients. Jay's earlier roles include Regional Account Manager at ModernTech Mechanical, where responsibilities encompassed business development in 3D CAD and 3D printing solutions, and Sales Engineer at Rockwell Automation Power Systems, focused on managing customer relationships and sales strategies. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, completed in 1997.
