Rachel Benson

Rachel Benson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment operations and the performing arts. Currently serving as the Recruitment Operations Lead at NYDIG since March 2021, Rachel also previously held roles as a Recruiting Coordinator Lead. A classically trained actor, Rachel has worked in theatre, television, and independent film, recently portraying Mary Shanley, one of the first women in the NYPD, in a solo show. From October 2015 to March 2021, Rachel was a Talent Coordinator and Assistant Team Lead at GYST, a personal assistant service. Prior experience includes serving as a personal assistant to high-level executives and as the Executive Director and Producer at On the Square Productions. Rachel holds a Postgraduate Professional Acting degree from Drama Studio London and a BA in Theatre/History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
