Charu Purohit

Charu Purohit is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational strategy, currently serving as an Organisation Strategist and Leadership Advisor at Dhofar Group of Companies since February 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Nykaa since April 2021, and various positions at Aditya Birla Group, including AVP of Rewards in Group Human Resources from June 2015 to April 2020. Charu also held senior roles at Idea Cellular Ltd, Abbott, and Reliance Industries Limited, and began a career in HR with Kraft Foods and Tata Group. Educational qualifications include an EMBA in Digital Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris, a PGHR in HR from Management Development Institute, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from MBM Engineering College.
