Mahesh Panse

Mahesh Panse has extensive experience in the beauty and retail sectors, particularly with Nykaa, where roles included Associate VP of Buying & Merchandising, overseeing a 20-member team to drive growth for a business valued at over INR 1300 Cr, and Assistant VP & Business Head of Nykaa Global Store, establishing India's first B2C cross-border beauty business. Additionally, Mahesh Panse managed brand P&L for international brands in the retail channel and successfully launched Charlotte Tilbury in India. Prior to Nykaa, Mahesh worked at Reliance Industries as a Senior Reliability Engineer, focusing on control systems maintenance and cost-saving initiatives, after starting as a Reliability Engineer responsible for a Polypropylene plant. Educational achievements include an MBA in Operations & Strategy from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech in Instrumentation & Control from COEP Technological University.
