Karin Staudacher

Karin Staudacher has over 25 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Karin is currently employed as a Biometrics Team Lead / Senior Data Manager at Nykode Therapeutics since January 2023.

Prior to this, Karin worked as a Clinical Project Director at PCI Biotech AS from November 2018 to December 2022. Karin also served as the Director of Clinical Development at Targovax ASA from April 2017 to October 2018.

Karin gained valuable experience during their tenure at Bayer, where they held the position of Senior Study Manager from November 2014 to March 2017. Before that, they worked at Algeta ASA as Director of Biometrics from September 2013 to October 2014. Karin also held various other roles at Algeta ASA, including Director of Clinical Research from November 2010 to September 2013 and Clinical Research Manager from July 2009 to October 2010.

Prior to their time at Algeta ASA, Karin worked as a Clinical Research Manager at Clavis Pharma from January 2007 to June 2009. Karin also gained experience as a Principal statistician at GE Healthcare from July 2001 to December 2006, and as a Statistician at Fujisawa from April 1999 to June 2001.

Karin began their career as a Medizininformatiker at Boehringer Ingelheim from January 1996 to March 1999. Throughout their career, Karin Staudacher has held various roles in clinical development, biometrics, and clinical research, showcasing their expertise and commitment to the industry.

From 1993 to 1995, Karin Staudacher attended the University of Reading, where they obtained their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Biometry/Biometrics.
