Blair Boylan

Blair Boylan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Most recently, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer and Client Strategy Partner at Nymbl starting in March 2022. Prior to that, Blair was the Owner of Oso Group, where they supported organizations in developing digital solutions by providing strategic overviews, designs, code, and marketing funnel tracking.

Blair also worked at Gloo, starting as a Full Stack Developer in January 2015 and eventually becoming the Enterprise Architect. In this role, they were responsible for aligning the company's goals and leading architectural initiatives. Additionally, Blair served as the Head of Alignment and played a key role in ensuring cross-functional coordination within the organization.

Before their time at Gloo, Blair worked as a Freelance Full-stack Developer, specializing in designing wireframes and converting them into functional HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code. They also integrated static HTML into custom CMS platforms.

Blair began their career as the Program Director at Hot4lax Lacrosse Camps and Clinics, where they held various responsibilities related to program management.
