Martyn Mason

Martyn Mason has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Martyn is currently the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Nymbl, a company that provides advisory and development services to businesses utilizing Low Code/No Code tools. Martyn's mission at Nymbl is to remove technology barriers and enable business leaders to focus on their priorities.

Prior to Nymbl, Martyn worked at Zudy, where they held multiple roles. Martyn was the CEO, Growth Markets from December 2019 to December 2021, responsible for driving the company's growth in various markets. Before that, they served as the VP of Business Development from May 2019 to November 2019. Martyn's role as the Senior Director of Solution Delivery from February 2018 to May 2019 involved overseeing software solution delivery for over 50 accounts and managing a team of 80 individuals. Martyn played a crucial role in ensuring customer success and enabling multiple teams to deliver numerous applications globally.

Martyn's previous experience includes being the CEO and co-founder of NYMBL LLC from February 2016 to January 2018. During their tenure, they successfully grew the delivery team from 2 to 30 members across 20 accounts and delivered over 150 production applications within 18 months.

Before NYMBL, Martyn worked at BackOffice Associates, where they held various positions. As a Senior Product Manager from April 2015 to November 2015, they delivered the largest release of functionality with minimal quality assurance cycles. Martyn also served as the Chief Solution Architect & Risk Partner, APJ from November 2012 to April 2015, overseeing pre-sales and project delivery for data migration and data governance projects. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Consultant from June 2005 to November 2012 and as a Senior Instructor from October 2007 to October 2012.

Martyn's other work experiences include being a Risk Partner at Transport for NSW in 2013, JG Summit Petrochemical Corporation in 2013, Zuellig Pharma in 2013, and Ayala Land Inc. in 2012. Martyn also worked as a Data Migration Project Lead at Viacom from August 2011 to November 2012 and as a Senior Data Migration Consultant at Lockheed Martin from March 2011 to August 2011.
