Bill Curtiss

Bill Curtiss has over 15 years of experience in various roles in the recruiting and client relations fields. Bill has worked as a Director of Recruiting at Nymbus since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Talent Advisor at VMware from 2021 to 2023, where they supported multiple business units and collaborated with senior executives. From 2017 to 2021, Bill worked at Deloitte as a Lead Recruiting Specialist, Experienced Hire Recruiter, and Senior Experienced Hire Recruiting Specialist. Before that, they held roles at Hiregy as a Senior Client Services Manager and Director of Client Relations, and at Heartland Payment Systems as a Relationship Manager. Bill's experience also includes working as an Executive Consultant at Vantiv and as an Advertising Account Executive at St Petersburg Times. Throughout their career, Bill has focused on supporting hiring for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Bill Curtiss attended the University of Central Florida from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Interpersonal Communications. Bill also has additional certifications including a Certified Internet Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP obtained in May 2023 and an Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn obtained in 2022.
