Dave Pond

Dave Pond has extensive work experience in content strategy, communications, and writing. Dave most recently served as the Director of Content Strategy at Nymbus, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Writer / P.R. / Communications Consultant at ma·KI·be Communications from 1998 to present, where they worked with various clients providing web content, press releases, and social media strategy. Dave also served as a Camera Operator during their time at ma·KI·be Communications.

From 2020 to 2022, Dave worked as a Content Strategist at StrategyCorps. Before that, they were the Director of Content Strategy at Mabus Agency from 2018 to 2020. Dave then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Communications (Electronic News) with a minor in English (writing) from East Carolina University, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Dave also holds certifications as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), obtained from undisclosed institutions.
