John Janclaes

John Janclaes has a diverse work experience in the banking and credit union industry. John currently holds the position of NYMBUS Chief Growth Officer & CUSO President at Nymbus, where they lead the organization in empowering credit unions to establish digital banking solutions. Additionally, they serve as a board member for NACUSO and AKUVO. John is also a faculty member at the WESTERN CUNA MANAGEMENT SCHOOL. In the past, John has held executive roles at CO-OP Financial Services, Partners Federal Credit Union, and Logix Federal Credit Union, where they gained extensive experience in business development and leadership.

John Janclaes has a Masters degree in Business Management from Claremont Graduate University, which they completed between 2001 and 2004. John also holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands, completed before 1999. John has attended various executive education programs, including Information Technology at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2014, Strategy at Harvard University in 2006, and Strategy at Stanford University in 1998. John has also attended the CUES Governance Leadership Institute at the University of Toronto in 2016 and the Executive Leadership program at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) starting in 2007. Additionally, John completed the Strategy & Retail Banking program at the Western CUNA Management School before 1995.
