Abraham Agopian

Abraham Agopian has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Abraham started their career as a Sales Representative at American Airlines in 2005. Abraham then joined MTC TOUCH in 2005 and held various roles, including Accounts Payable Agent/Officer, Accounts Payable Team Leader, and Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst. At MTC TOUCH, their responsibilities included invoice booking, payment preparation, system reconciliations, and generating financial reports. In 2008, they became a Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst, where they were responsible for budget cycle development, financial statement generation, and variance analysis. From 2011 to 2013, Abraham served as a Financial Planning & Reporting Senior Analyst at MTC TOUCH, taking on additional responsibilities such as budget initiation and generation, monthly variance reporting, and providing analytics to management. In 2013, they joined Deloitte Middle East as a Finance Manager, overseeing finance and accounting operations and ensuring compliance through budget variance analysis. Since 2018, Abraham has been working as a Finance Director at NymCard, where they manage the legal structure, supervises the accounting department, and leads business planning and budgeting.

Abraham Agopian completed their education in a chronological manner. Abraham first attended Rawdah High School from 1989 to 2001, where they received a Lebanese Baccalaureate with a focus on Life Sciences. Following this, they pursued higher education at the American University of Beirut. From 2001 to 2004, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance, General. Later, they furthered their education at the same institution and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from 2007 to 2010.
