Harish Rout

Harish Rout is a seasoned operations specialist with extensive experience in payment systems, currently serving as a Senior Operations Specialist at NymCard since October 2022. Previously, Harish held the position of Professional Application Delivery at DXC Technology from November 2020 to October 2022, focusing on the eDirham project for the Ministry of Finance, where responsibilities included managing various payment applications in production and lower environments. Prior to this role, Harish worked at Wirecard for over five years, starting as a Site Reliability Engineer and transitioning to an Application/Production Support Engineer, where duties included managing service delivery processes and troubleshooting production issues.
