David Harvey has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. David began their career in the United States Marine Corps as an Anti-Tank Missleman (Corporal) from 2010 to 2014. David then worked as the Head of Maintenance/Head Lifeguard at Wayside Racquet & Swim Club from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they were a Designer/Technician at Innovative Handling Systems (The Conveyor Guys). From 2017 to 2018, they were a Research Assistant at Northeastern University. During this time, they also worked as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Gilbert Associates, where they designed in AutoCAD propulsion engine foundation, mooring plan, and push-knee plans for 4000BHP 96-foot river push boat, and performed multiple feasibility studies, weight estimates, and other projects for vessels up to 300 feet in length. In 2019, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op, Motorsports at A123 Systems. In 2020, they were a System Engineer at Raytheon Missiles & Defense. Currently, they are a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Nyobolt.
David Harvey has a background in engineering. David earned their Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Bay Community College between 2016 and 2018. David then went on to earn their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University between 2017 and 2020. David is currently pursuing their Master of Business Administration from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, which they started in 2022.
