Adam Ovadia

Adam Ovadia has extensive experience in information technology support within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Information Technology System Support II at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital since July 2018. In this role, Adam has been integral to the Epic Technical Dress Rehearsal project, assisting in the configuration of computers and printers for multiple Epic Go-Lives, as well as providing level 2 technical support for various applications, including Allscripts and Crown. Prior to this, Adam progressed from Help Desk Analyst to Information Technology System Support I, providing foundational technical support and effectively documenting user issues using ServiceNow. Adam holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Hunter College.
