Coleen Dunkley

Coleen Dunkley, MHA, PMP, currently serves as the Columbia Program Manager for Patient Experience at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Dunkley worked at the same institution from February 2016 to March 2023, where positions included Weill Cornell Program Manager for Patient Experience, Patient Experience Lead, DSRIP Project Manager, and DSRIP Project Coordinator. Dunkley holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Hofstra University, obtained between 2013 and 2015, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia State University, completed in 2012.
