Kimberly Solop

Kimberly Solop is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee recognition and event management. Since October 2006, Kimberly has served as the Director of People Experience at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, overseeing the Events & Recognition Department for all NYP Hospitals and the Regional Hospital Network. Prior to this role, Kimberly held the position of Director of Recognition and Events, where responsibilities included financial management and the execution of employee engagement programs. Kimberly began a career at New York Blood Center as an Account Manager from May 1999 to September 2006, successfully managing large-scale blood drives and developing marketing strategies. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Central Florida, completed in 1995.
